1984 - For more than a decade, D.C.'s Warner Theatre has been the home for Sweet Honey's anniversary concerts.

1984 Ensemble represents the Smithsonian Institution in a week of concerts and community events at Scotland’s historic Edinburgh Festival. As delegates, Sweet Honey performs at the “Movement of New Song” Festival in Quito, Ecuador. Sweet Honey makes her first concert appearance at Washington D.C.’s Warner Theater.
